- WKF competition rules apply to Super EIGHT, U21, juniors and cadets
- Croatian Karate Federation rules apply to competitors aged 7-13

€ 15.- per individual event
Events:
Super EIGHT, an invitation tournament. Eight top karatekas compete in two groups in the elimination round. Within the groups, 4 athletes compete against each other in a league format. Group winners fight for gold, and those who place second in the groups fight for bronze.

Competitors from the next lower age group are also entitled to participate in each age group; six months younger competitors are entitled to enter the pupil category.

Kumite:
one year younger competitors are also entitled to compete in the younger cadet, cadet and junior age categories. Six months younger competitors are entitled to enter the pupil category. Face mask, and body protection: allowed, not required.
